The amazon version of the game will be unavailable on the store for a few days, the game will still run fine if you have it already installed.
This is the last version of the game to move from the old publisher, it's been a real issue as Amazon have not made it easy to move the game from their account to mine.
It turns out I needed to take the game off the store completely and resubmit, so that's what I'm doing.
The game will be back on the store in a few days under my account, anyone with the game already installed will need to uninstall and reinstall "my" version to get any updates.
Edit: It turns out Amazon gave me incorrect advise and the process above does not work, I am waiting on them for a solution before I can get the game on the store for Amazon again.
