Skill Points!
Skill points are now active! You earn skill points by overleveling your fleets, each skill point can be used to improve all ships in all fleets.
I will be reviewing feedback and chat over the next couple of days, so please send an email and let me know what you think. I'm sure there will be some balancing needed but I would like your thoughts.
